About

Join us in shapingthe future of film.

The first motion picture was a horse. In 1878 Eadweard Muybridge set a row of cameras along a track in California to settle a question: does a galloping horse ever lift all four hooves off the ground? It does. The frames became The Horse in Motion, and film was born out of a prediction.

Our logo is that horse, mended in gold. Film Futurists is built on the same idea: the people who love film see what's coming before anyone else. We give them a place to call it, prove it and talk it out, and we give the industry a way to listen.

What we're building

The Futurist Score, one number for every upcoming film. Rooms where film people gather the moment a trailer drops or the credits roll. Calls with play coins and leaderboards. And the Fan Pulse, which helps studios understand audiences before release.
